International Delegates
A special registration rate is being offered to international delegates.  Please contact the Conference Manager for more information.

Note: Full Conference Event registration includes: the welcome cocktail reception on Monday 1 May, the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 2 May 2017 and two optional study tours on Thursday 4 May and Friday 5 May. All registration categories include all conference sessions and day caterings.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment prior to the conference is required for attendance. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

REGISTRATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

At the time of registration you will be asked to create a password. Once you have completed your registration, a confirmation will automatically be emailed to you.

Using the link provided in the confirmation email and by entering your Booking Number and Password you may make any changes, additions or cancel your booking.

CONFERENCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in' payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately.  Cancellation made on or after 5:00pm AEST, Monday 3 April 2017 will forfeit 50% of the total registration fee (plus 10% GST).  No refund will be issued if cancellation is advised less than 10 working days prior to the conference.  Substitution(s) may be made at any time in writing to the conference manager.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information provided by delegates in registering for this conference will be used by AHEIA to process registrations or enquiries and keep delegates informed of conference details. Delegate information will be treated confidentially. A ‘Participant List’, including name, title, organisational and contact details will be distributed to participants and corporate sponsors during the conference event for the purpose of professional networking.  NOTE: If you do not wish to have your details included in the ‘Participant List’, please tick the appropriate box on the Registration Form.
